As an example of how far political correctness has gone, Mad World News reported on Brigitte Gabriel (who is highly admired among my fellow writers) and how she demolished the “Not all Muslims” excuse in an epic rebuttal to a question asked during a panel in which the question had no bearing to the panel itself. Despite the excellence of Gabriel’s response, all who oppose her screamed political correctness violation. Ergo, many people have branded Brigitte’s response as agenda-driven and self-serving.
However, there are people who have given up on political correctness and simply say whatever they want to say. Unfortunately, being free of political correctness may label someone as either a racist, bigot, or sexist. With that in mind, is the following musical artist, who doesn’t care at all about political correctness, the biggest racist, bigot, and/or sexist ever, or is he a satirical genius?
The artist I am writing about goes by the moniker of Rucka Rucka Ali. According toWikipedia, Rucka is an American artist known for his song parodies. He is also known controversially for his lyrics being racist, sexist, bigoted, and vulgar. As an example, I have attached his music video titled Obama Been Watchin’, which is parodied after Robin Thicke’s Blurred Lines. I am sure you can figure out what this song is about just by the title.
The song covers a lot of topics in the news pertaining to Barack Obama such as NSA spying, Edward Snowden, anti-gun policies, and much more, albeit not in a positive manner. It even pokes fun at the black race too. Summarized, this song is everything a political correctness junkie despises!
Also, Obama Been Watchin’ isn’t the only parody Rucka Rucka Ali has done in this manner. Last year, Rucka made headlines for a parody of B.o.B.’s Magic titled Justin’s Beaver. The song poked fun at Justin Bieber, his music, and his sexuality in which Rucka calls Justin a fa***t nine times in a row every chorus.
Rucka Rucka Ali’s other YouTube channels, such as Wheres Rucka and itsRucka, has his other parodies such as All About That Rice (parodied from Meghan Trainor’s All About That Bass), Wigger (parodied from Jason DeRulo’s Wiggle), I’m Not Racist (parodied from Iggy Azalea’s Fancy), I Wanna Rape (parodied from Katy Perry’s Wide Awake), and much more. All are vulgar and all hit race, gender, and sexual preference without mercy.
At this point, some of you may actually be offended by Rucka Rucka Ali right now. However, there is one little disclaimer Rucka makes before every music video that puts it all into perspective. Every video starts out with the following statement.
“This is JOKES, NOT for kids.”
Therefore, this probably makes Rucka Rucka Ali, as mentioned before, a satirical genius. In conclusion, it comes down to personal preference and tolerance. Do you think Rucka is an extreme racist, sexist, bigot, or is he truly a master of satire music comedy? Sound off in the comments below!
