Shooting at National Security Agency Headquarters in Washington D.C.

Police investigate after shots were fired Monday morning outside a gate at Fort Meade, Md., home to the National Security Agency's headquarters. An apparent body is seen covered in a sheet near the damaged dark SUV.
Two men dressed as women used a stolen SUV to ram a set of gates at the National Security Agency’s headquarters in Fort Meade, Md., but at least one of the apparent attackers was shot and killed in a firefight with on-base police, according to officials.
The FBI says the shooting is not believed to be terrorism.
A photo from the scene showed a uniformed man being loaded into an ambulance after the 9:30 a.m. gunfight at the secure campus some 22 miles northeast of Washington, D.C.
Other images show the damaged, dark-colored SUV and a damaged white NSA police SUV, alongside an ambulance. NSA police are on scene investigating, WTTG-TV reported.
One photo shows a white sheet covering a body lying on the roadway next to the damaged, dark-colored SUV. Two men, ages 20 and 44, were injured and flown by medical helicopter to the Shock Trauma unit in Baltimore, according to the Fox affiliate.



Anne Arundel, Maryland police have confirmed that two people were confronted attempting to enter the headquarters of the National Security Agency at Fort Meade and a gunfight ensued.
It appears that a gate guard got in an altercation with two men disguised as women who were trying to gain access to the facilities.+

A guard reportedly got into an altercation with two men disguised as women who were trying to enter the facility Monday morning, NBC News reports.
Gunfire was exchanged, and it is believed that the guard shot one, or both, of the men. One is dead and another sent to the hospital.
A gun and drugs were found in the vehicle the men were riding in, according to NBC News.
From Chopper4, emergency workers could be seen caring for an injured, uniformed man who was loaded into an ambulance.
It’s not clear what connection that person has to the incident, if any. There are also two damaged vehicles outside the NSA gate at Fort Meade, including a police SUV
Along with the NSA HQ, Fort Meade also includes the Defense Information School, the Defense Media Activity, the United States Army Field Band, and the headquarters of United States Cyber Command, the Defense Courier Service, and Defense Information Systems Agency headquarters. Fort Meade is near Baltimore.
