 Then select --> •  Report
              Then select --> •  They're being abusive or harmful
              Then select --> •  Engaging in harassment
              Then select --> •  Me
              Then select --> •  Threatening violence or physical harm

Step 3
Then copy and paste " This account is encouraging violence and terrorism and is a member of ISIS"
